Polycystic Ovarian Disease PCOD is an important hormonal disorder occuring in girls and women during their teenage / reproductive age. Most of the times it presented form enlarged ovaries with small cysts on outer edges. The process ovulation disturbed patients PCOD, most menstrual cycles are either irregular or less absent may have many future concerns like infertility, imbalance, psychological disturbances etc. As per Indian ancient medical science Ayurved any disease if diagnosed early, especially premordial stage i e before its appearance start, can be cured complications also prevented. main principle ‘prevention better than cure‘, to maintain equilibrium a healthy person (to prevent oneself from disease). It need hour study understand about using both available sciences modern find out natural measures, solutions ayurvedic lifestyle management for prevention PCOD.
